BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
THE MAIN HOUSE HAS 4 BEDROOMS
• The main bedroom has a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom.
• The ensuite bathroom has a tub, shower, loo and hand basin.
• Bedrooms Two and Three and Four each have 2 three quarter beds.
• Bathroom 2 has a tub, shower and hand basin.
• There is single loo with a hand basin.
• Bathroom 3 has a shower, loo and hand basin.
• The Cottage: main bedroom has a king size bed, second bedroom has 2 single beds.
• Room 7 has a king size bed.
• All beds have electric blankets, crisp white sheets, 2 pillows per person, duvets and an extra blanket.
• Most bedrooms have built-in cupboards.
LIVING & UTILITY AREAS
• Large, well-equipped kitchen, scullery and laundry.
• Open plan dining and spacious lounge area with DSTV and a combustion heater.
• Games room/sun lounge has a pool table, a dart board and an extensive library.
• Braai and dining area on veranda opening out onto the lawn. Weber and half drum braai.
• Outside bench under shady trees in a huge garden.
• Central courtyard, between the main house and the cottage with a washing line. This is a useful place to contain pets if necessary.

• The first bedroom has a king size bed
• The second bedroom has 2 single beds.
• Shower, loo and basin.
• Open plan kitchen, breakfast bar and lounge area with DSTV.
• Lounge has sliding glass doors leading onto private garden area which is fenced and secure for furry guests.
ROOM 7
• Detached from the main house and the cottage.
• This bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a tub, hand basin and loo.
• A wardrobe and chest of drawers.
• A small bar fridge.
• There is also a small, fenced-off, garden area to keep your doggies secure.

• From R3375 per night for 5 guests.
• More than 5 guests – R655 per night per guest.
• Rates may vary over public holidays and we reserve the right to change them.
• 50% deposit is to be paid to confirm the booking and the balance will be due 2 weeks prior to check-in.
• Full refund if cancellation is made within 24 hrs of booking and check-in is at least 14 days away.
• No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in.
