BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
• The one and only bedroom is upstairs and very spacious. It has a queen size bed and 2 single beds.
• The bathroom is downstairs and has a shower, loo and hand basin.
• All beds have electric blankets, 2 pillows per person, duvets and extra blankets.
LIVING & UTILITY AREAS
• Kitchen with an electric stove, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster.
• Small open plan dining and sitting area with a combustion heater.
• Braai and sitting area on the stoep.

• Sheets, blankets and pillows (crisp white linen).

RATES & CANCELLATION POLICY
• R per night for 2 guests.
• More than 2 guests – R per night per guest.
• Rates may vary over public holidays and we reserve the right to change them.
• 50% deposit is to be paid to confirm the booking and the balance will be due 2 weeks prior to check-in.
• Full refund if cancellation is made within 24 hrs of booking and check-in is at least 14 days away.
• No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in.
