BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
• The main bedroom (upstairs) has a king size bed.
• The upstairs bathroom has a shower, tub, loo and hand basin.
• Bedroom Two (downstairs) has a queen size bed, and bedroom three (also downstairs) has 2 single beds.
• The downstairs bathroom has a shower, loo and handbasin.
• All 3 bedrooms have built in wardrobes.
• Upstairs and Downstairs are connected via an external staircase.
• All beds have electric blankets, crisp white sheets, 2 pillows per person, duvets and extra blankets.
LIVING & UTILITY AREAS
Upstairs:
• Superbly well-equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, open plan dining and lounge area.
• The kitchen has an electric stove, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster.
• The lounge area has a Jet Master fireplace and a smart TV.

• Rates may vary over public holidays and we reserve the right to change them.
• 50% deposit is to be paid to confirm the booking and the balance will be due 2 weeks prior to check-in.
• Full refund if cancellation is made within 24 hrs of booking and check-in is at least 14 days away.
• 50% refund if cancellation is made at least 14 days before check in.
• No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in.
