• The main bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower, loo and hand basin.
• Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 have queen size beds and built in wardrobes.
• Bathroom 2 has a tub, loo and hand basin.
• Bathroom 3 has a shower, loo and handbasin.
• All beds have electric blankets, sheets, 2 pillows per person, duvets and an extra blanket.
LIVING & UTILITY AREAS
• Large, open plan, well-equipped kitchen, dining and lounge.
• Smart TV and a combustion heater in the lounge.
• Enclosed braai/barbeque conservatory.
• Fire pit for outside braais.

RATES & CANCELLATION POLICY
• R per night for 4 guests.
• Extra guests after 4 – R per night per guest.
• Rates may vary over public holidays and we reserve the right to change them.
• 50% deposit is to be paid to confirm the booking and the balance will be due 2 weeks prior to check-in.
• Full refund if cancellation is made within 24 hrs of booking and check-in is at least 14 days away.
• No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in.
